Anaphylaxis and anaphylactic shock - Symptoms and diagnosis

-Cardiovascular: dizziness, weakness, syncope, chest pain,palpitations
-Digestive: nausea, diarrhea, cramps, bloating
-neurological headache and syncope.

If the allergen is food symptoms may occur in 2 hours.
The reaction is fatal unless immediate therapeutic intervention.

diagnosis

Anaphylaxis is diagnosed clinically based on acute exposure to an allergen followed by signs and symptoms.
If doubt some laboratory tests are indicated:
-quantification quantitative plasma histamine, urinary
the measurement of serum triptazei.
