Situations where emergency contraception is recommended
- She had unprotected sex;
- The woman had sexual intercourse against her will;
- She used a method of contraception, but failed, for example: broken condom, diaphragm slipped out of the vagina before the 6:00, was expelled IUD, pills were paid less than 1 hour after dosing;
- She did not use the correct method of contraception, for example, ran out of pills or forgot to take a new dose of delayed administration of injectable contraceptive, vaginal douche made less than 6 hours after using a spermicide etc.
