What is COPD?
COPD is the abbreviation for "chronic obstructive pulmonary disease"
"Chronic" means that lasts a lifetime;
"obstructive" means that the normal air flow is partially blocked because of airway narrowing;


REMEMBER
- You have COPD if you experience shortness of breath or cough, doctors can not cure.
- COPD but may help you improve your symptoms and slow down the decline in lung function;


   "If you follow your doctor's advice you will see that:
Breathing becomes easier;
Coughing will not be as annoying;
You have a better overall state.


   »What you can do about COPD?
1. Stop smoking!
2. Followed the treatment prescribed by your doctor! Go regularly
control, at least twice a year!
3. Go to the hospital or your doctor if you breathe harder!
4. Keep your home air cleaning Avoid breathing slows everything you, including cigarette smoke!
5. Keep your physical condition! Practice walking, doing exercise on a regular basis! Eat healthy!
Avoid stress!
