Osteonecrosis

Osteonecrosis is bone necrosis due to interruption of blood flow.The disease leads to destruction of bone cells and bone traveelor ​​collapse.
Osteonecrosis most commonly affects the femoral head, causingpain in the hip.
 
Blood flow may be partially or completely interrupted for many reasons, among which is the most common bone break (fracture).Other terms for osteonecrosis include: avascular necrosis, asepticnecrosis and ischemic osteonecrosis.
 
Osteonecrosis affects mainly men and, in general, people under 50 years. Osteonecrosis is a progressive disease, meaning thatevolves over time. Osteonecrosis treatment lasts a lifetime.
