Viral Arthritis - Arthritis of hepatitis C

It is a single-stranded RNA virus, with the tire. HCV infection is widespread in the world.

The clinical picture includes:
with distribution-progressive acute rheumatoid arthralgia, affectinghands, wrists, shoulders, knees and hips
myalgia is common-
-mixed essential cryoglobulinemia, a triad of arthritis, palpablepurpura associated with infection
systemic necrotizing vasculitis, cryoglobulinemia
essential mixed cryoglobulinemia, type II and III is associated withsevere cutaneous disease such as Raynaud's phenomenon,purpura, livedo-reticularis, distal ulcers, gangrene and peripheralneuropathy
Sjogren's syndrome, was described in many patients
a possible association between fibromyalgia and HCV infection.

Parenteral route of transmission is sexual or less.
