Condromatoza synovium - Treatment

NSAIDs are administered with transcutaneous therapies:ultrasound, thermal therapy to reduce inflammation. Patients withmechanical symptoms noninterventionala benefit significantly bytherapy.

Therapy includes surgical excision and arthroscopic examinationbodies, cartilaginous, with limited Synovectomy. Risks ofarthroscopy include: infection, thromboembolic disease,neurogenic lesions, complications associated with anesthesia andrecurrence of symptoms requiring reintervention. The mostcommon complication and recurrence of symptoms includesmechanical stiffness of the body generating cartilage.
