Laboratory studies:
-Full blood count, erythrocyte sediemntare rate is increased
- C-reactive protein is increased, blood glucose assessment,evaluation of thyroid hormones.
Imaging Studies:
Routine radiograph of the shoulder is important to exclude other pathologies. This should include a joint derivationanterioposterioara glenohumeral rotation in neural derivation of thesupraspinatus and axillary.
