Ankle sprain - Diagnosis

Imaging Studies:

Ankle arthroscopy can be diagnostic and therapeutic problems of acute and chronic ankle. It is indicated in the presence of bone spurs, disk injuries, foreign bodies, or osteochondral defects.

The differential diagnosis is done with ankle sprain: tendonitis andAchilles tendon injuries, regional pain syndromes, navicularfracture, postexercitii muscle soreness, stress fracture, fracture ofdistal fibula, five metatarsal fracture, peroneal tendon dislocation,exacerbation of gout.
