Tracked lip hemangioma: presents as a lesion protruding from 2-20 mm in diameter, bluish color, located in the lower lip in the elderly.
Se datoreaza unei dilatatii venoase si poate sangera dupa traumatizare. It is due to a venous dilations, and may bleed after trauma.
Tratamentul consta in excizie chirurgicala, crioterapie, electrocauterizare, tratament laser. Treatment consists of surgical excision, cryosurgery, electrocautery, laser treatment.
