All forms of tonsillitis disappear by itself even in the absenceof treatment. Complications
The main complications of tonsillitis are infections later. Acute articularrheumatism (RAA) is a consequence of the propagation ofgroup A streptococci infection in vital organs, especiallyheart disorders causing permanent and cause fatal heart disease.
