Retrograde ejaculation

Retrograde ejaculation in which semen is the situation, instead of being expelled outward through the urethral meatus, reflueaza and reach the bladder.
Normally, the sphincter (circular muscle) bladder neck closed, preventing penetration of sperm into the bladder so that semen is sent into the urethra, the pressure is lower. In retrograde ejaculation, however, bladder neck can not store sperm inside portion of the prostatic urethra, allowing sperm to reach the bladder and thus decreasing the amount of sperm.
Patients with retrograde ejaculation may have an orgasm, although the amount of sperm outside is diminished, or in some cases, even absent. This male sexual dysfunction can be a cause of infertility, but is not dangerous in itself.
